All our coffee is hand delivered. It’s the way it’s always been and it’s key to providing a coffee service that we think is right. Our wholesale team endeavour to make the most out of their time delivering, not just as a drop-off delivery service, but a moment to check-in, talk shop, and do what they can to help you get the best out of your coffee and equipment. It’s these repeat visits that foster personable, familiar relationships that are central to working with Wooden Hill.

We’ve set out from the start to offer a flexibly comprehensive range of cafe-centred hospitality offerings. Whether you’re looking for a reliable, good tasting coffee supply, coffee machinery, a wider loose-leaf tea offering, hot chocolate, coffee syrups, matcha, or retail coffee offerings, we’ve got you covered.

We don’t believe in long, restrictive contracts and so we don’t do long, restrictive contracts. Operating as a hospitality destination asks for flexibility and agility in your operations and product line, so as a roastery we position ourselves to provide you with avenues for change and experimentation, not roadblocks.

If you’ve seen Wooden Hill out in the wild, you might have spotted one of our reusable coffee buckets adorning a local cafe. We offer free of charge, hand delivery to all of our wholesale partners giving you the opportunity of regular point of contact for all things coffee. Each delivery we’ll swap out your old bucket for a new one brimming with freshly roasted coffee, keeping wasteful packaging out of the supply chain and keeping your operation simple and streamlined.

We offer a range of coffee offerings, from our legacy house roast, to our Direct Trade Dark Roast, as well as a regularly rotating cast of speciality single origins. There’s something to be said for each one, and in turn an opportunity to share with your customer base all the beauty and detail that can be found within the beans. Our product range reflects the vibrancy of the coffee world, and provides a platform to share a passion for that world from the moment the beans arrive at our roastery, to when they’re served to your regular clientele.

And through a relationship with Wooden Hill, you can contribute to our collective effort to bolster the afforestation efforts of the Marston Vale Forest Trust; both in serving our coffee and by turning up to our annual tree planting session. This is where the hustle and bustle of the cafe environment makes way to the gloves and the spades as we give back to the Bedfordshire countryside which gave us our home.

Our relationship with Conti predates our founding, and as such we offer a machinery package bolstered by years of front-end service and installation experience. We’re here to make both the processes of acquisition and operation of your machine as easy as possible: we offer free installation with every purchase or rental, complimentary front-end maintenance and training, and are on hand to facilitate service bookings and maintenance queries.

Between Conti and Compak we offer a range of mid to high-end espresso solutions that can fit a breadth of circumstances, be it compact and simple or precise and striking.

We have a strong retail offering, reflected in our cafe-shop located at our roastery as well as our online shop. All our bags are compostable, and include a plantable seed label with each bag. We offer a wide range of coffees at different price points, be they ground or beans, caffeinated or decaffeinated.
